Housing Resource Hub

1JustCity's Housing Resource Hub provides a safe, accepting environment with programs that connect people to the supports that create lasting change.

 Programs include eviction prevention and tenant support with landlords and through Residential Tenancy Branch hearings, life-skills workshops (budgeting, groceries on a budget, banking & fraud avoidance), tenant rights education and conflict resolution coaching, cultural programming, and help in navigating social systems and one-on-one case management and trauma-informed care.​

Housing First teaches us that it is far easier to address complex physical, mental health, and substance‑use challenges once people have safe, stable housing.  Through a concentrated effort on working with people to ensure they have safe housing, we will be helping to make positive change in the lives of those struggling to maintain hope for a better future.
